2026 Sheep Lost Tag Form

You must fill out the below form if you lose you Benton Franklin Fair Tag or your Scrapie ID Tag. If you lose your Scrapie ID tag you must get the new one from the breeder and report the number in the form. If you lose your Benton Franklin Fair tag we will re-tag it on Aug. 24 while going over the scale. Only animals with lost tag forms submitted will be allowed to get a new tag and go over the scale.
