Parade Day Info for Participants

- Please register for the Parade by August 1. Parade check in begins at 7:00am at one of our two check-in locations as noted below, however, all entries will need to be checked in by 9:00 am to allow us time to finish staging the parade prior to the 10:00 am start time.

- All Equestrian participants must register at the corner of Auburn Street and 8th Avenue, then proceed to Keewaydin Park for staging. Entry access will be available from 10th Avenue and Auburn Street in Kennewick.

- All other entries are to proceed to 8th and Dayton by way of 10th Avenue (741 S Dayton St. Kennewick, WA 99336). Volunteers will be at 8th and Dayton to assist in completing the check in process. This is the only entrance, as all other entrances will be blocked for staging.

- All groups should arrive together for check-in. The parade is scheduled to start at 10:00am sharp in downtown Kennewick. All entries will need to have their entry number placed on the left front of your entry. This allows the judges to identify each entry and allows the announcers along the parade route to properly identify your entry as you pass.

- Please pay close attention to the distance between yourself and the entry in front of you to minimize gaps longer than 20 feet between entries.
