Information
Water Bottle Policy
• Empty refillable water bottles are permitted and may be brought into the fairgrounds.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed. This includes sealed water bottles and other drinks.
• Free Water Monster refill stations are located throughout the fairgrounds for your convenience.
Will Call
Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Fair office prior to the event. During the Fair, Will Call tickets will be available at the Will Call Ticket Booth located at the Main Gate on the far left.
Lost Kids
The Lost Kids booth is located in the security office at the East end of the carnival.
Safe Kids Program
The Fair offers a Safe Kids Program for lost children. Pick up wristbands for your children at the Information Booth. Should a child become separated from their parent, our team can remove the wristband and retrieve the number and reunite the family. Sponsored by Benton REA.
Lost and Found
Lost and found articles may be dropped off or recovered at the security office at the East end of the carnival.
Information Booths
Information about the Fair, daily events and maps can be found at either of the Information booths. One booth is located near the Main Gate entrance to the Fair and the other is a barn near the West Gate entrance to the Fair.
Smoking/Vaping
In compliance with Washington Initiative 901 RCW 70.160, smoking or vaping is not allowed in public buildings, or within 25 feet of building entrances, exits, windows that open and ventilation intakes.

First Aid
Located by Old McDonald's Barn and the Kid's Zone, the station is staffed at all times with Benton and Franklin qualified medical professionals.
Wheelchair/Shuttle Services
The Benton Franklin Fair offers free wheelchair use located at the main entrance along with Courtesy Shuttles.
Nursing Station
There is a nursing station located at the Kid's Zone in the Parklet.
