Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Fair office from April 1 - August 23. Will Call tickets will be available at the Will Call Ticket Booth located at the Main Gate on the far left from August 24 - 28.

Safe Kids Program
The Fair offers a Safe Kids Program for lost children. Pick up wristbands for your children at the Information Booth. Sponsored by Benton REA.

Lost and Found
Lost and found articles may be dropped off or recovered at the security office at the East end of the carnival.

Information Booths
Information about the Fair, daily events and maps can be found at either of the Information booths. One is a trailer located near the Main Gate entrance to the Fair and the other is a barn near the West Gate entrance to the Fair.

Smoking/Vaping
In compliance with Washington Initiative 901 RCW 70.160, smoking or vaping is not allowed in public buildings, or within 25 feet of building entrances, exits, windows that open and ventilation intakes.

Following items are prohibited on the fairgrounds:
Alcoholic beverages, marijuana, and illegal drugs
Weapons
Bicycles, skates, roller blades, and skateboards
Motorized Vehicles
Animals*
Drones
Any item that is deemed by the Safety Inspection Staff and/or Fair management to be dangerous.
*Please leave your pets at home. Only service dogs and animals entered into exhibits are allowed on the Fairgrounds. Bringing these items to the fair will result in guests being denied entry. Backpacks & bags are subject to search. Refunds will not be issued for any reason. Items are to be taken to guests' vehicles.

Located by Old McDonald's Barn and the Kid's Zone, the station is staffed at all times with Benton and Franklin Fire District personnel.

Wheelchair/Shuttle Services
The Benton Franklin Fair offers free wheelchair use located at the main entrance along with Trios Courtesy Shuttles.

There is a nursing station located at the Kid's Zone in the Lourdes Parklet.

This zone is located at the main gate. Take the entrance on Oak Street off of East 10th Avenue.
