Fan Zone - Get up close to the stage in this standing-room-only area, featuring its own entrance, restrooms, and bar for a lively, interactive concert experience. The Fan Zone has its own entrance, restrooms, and bar area. No chairs allowed.

VIP - Relax in style with first-come, first-serve seating, exclusive bar access, and luxury bathrooms in the VIP area.

Concert Ticket Purchase Limit Policy

To ensure fair access for all fans and prevent unauthorized reselling, the Benton Franklin Fair has implemented a ticket purchase limit for concert events.

Policy Details:

• Each individual may purchase a maximum of eight (8) tickets per concert.
• Orders exceeding this limit may be subject to cancellation or adjustment without prior notice.
• The Fair reserves the right to review and monitor ticket purchases to identify and prevent fraudulent activity or bulk reselling.
