2025 Commerical Vendor Application

This application does not automatically reserve space for the 2025 Benton Franklin Fair and is not an offer of space. No fee to apply.

  • 10' x 10' space will cost $600 with a mandatory $40 electrical fee and $100 insurance fee.
  • 10' x 20' space will cost $1,200 with a mandatory $40 electrical fee and $100 insurance fee.
  • Tents will be provided. Unless otherwise discussed.
  • Event dates are August 19-23 with set-up on Monday, August 18.
  • Hours of operation: 10 a.m.- 11 p.m. Tuesday thru Friday and 10 a.m. - Midnight on Saturday.
  • 10 daily admission passes and 10 parking are included with each 10 x 10 space.
  • Booth needs to be manned all hours of operation.

By completing this application, you authorize the Benton Franklin Fair to secure information concerning any of the above-stated facts. The Selection Committee will base their decision on many criteria, including the duplicity of product and availability of space.
