Ashley Brinkley is an 18-year-old who has lived in Kennewick her whole life. She has been attending the Benton-Franklin Fair & Rodeo since she could walk! At age 10, she began showing her own horses at the fair. This summer has been spent preparing to move to Bozeman, Montana, for college! Ashley recently graduated from Southridge High School and Columbia Basin College with her high ‘school diploma and Associates in Arts degree. Now, she is studying animal sciences at Montana State University and hopes to graduate with the class of 2020. After college, Ashley plans on working with non-ruminant and ruminant animals, focusing on nutrition. Ashley was a grateful recipient of the Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo scholarship, which will really help her out financially at school. Although Ashley cannot be here to celebrate our fair and rodeo, she hopes all her dear
friends and family have the time of their lives at the best week of summer!
Thank you Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo!!
