Our annual Carnival Wristband One Day Sale is happening Saturday, April 25, from 8am to 8pm at Kennewick Ranch & Home!

Grab your Carnival Wristbands for just $30 each -- that's a $15 savings! Wristbands are good for unlimited rides on any single day of the Benton Franklin Fair, August 25-29.

*Sale price of $30 is valid April 25 and in person sale at Kennewick Ranch & Home only.

Concert Venue Map & Prices

General Admission - Secure your spot on the grass, bleachers, or Beer Garden—first-come, first-serve and included with Fair gate admission.

Premium Reserved Seat - Our premium reserved section includes a reserved chair on the grass closest to the stage. The reserved section contains a bar but no restrooms.

Reserved Seat - Enjoy a guaranteed seat on the grass with access to a bar in the reserved section The reserved section contains a bar but no restrooms.

Fan Zone - Get up close to the stage in this standing-room-only area, featuring its own entrance, restrooms, and bar for a lively, interactive concert experience. The Fan Zone has its own entrance, restrooms, and bar area. No chairs allowed.

VIP - Relax in style with first-come, first-serve seating, exclusive bar access, and luxury bathrooms in the VIP area.

Concert Ticket Purchase Limit Policy

To ensure fair access for all fans and prevent unauthorized reselling, the Benton Franklin Fair has implemented a ticket purchase limit for concert events.

Policy Details:

Each individual may purchase a maximum of eight (8) tickets per concert.
Orders exceeding this limit may be subject to cancellation or adjustment without prior notice.
The Fair reserves the right to review and monitor ticket purchases to identify and prevent fraudulent activity or bulk reselling.
