If you choose this option, there is no action needed on your part! The 2021 Benton Franklin Fair will take place August 24-28, 2021.
To request a full refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Include the following information in the email:
- Name on the order
- Order ID number
- Number of tickets
- Contact information (phone, mailing address)
Purchases will be refunded in the following ways:
Purchases made with Credit Card
Purchases made with Cash or Check
- Purchases made via credit card online or in person at the Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo office will be refunded to the card used in the original purchase. Refunds may take up to 30 business days. We encourage you to delete tickets from your email or destroy physical tickets. PLEASE NOTE: Tickets that have been refunded will have their barcodes deactivated and will not be usable for entry to the 2021 Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo.
Purchases made at Ranch & Home
- Purchases made via cash or check at the Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo office will be refunded by check
- Please do not contact Ranch & Home regarding refunds. Purchases made via credit card, cash, or check at Ranch & Home will be refunded by check from the Fair office.
The Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo office is currently closed per state guidelines, please email email@example.com.
