Returning Vendors

On behalf of the Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo we would like to extend an invitation to have you return as a food concessionaire August 21-25, 2018.

Don't forget - Look over your Exhibit 1 attachment in your email before signing your online contract!

Payment is due online April 15 failure to make payment by this date will result in a forfeited vendor space.

We are requiring that all vendors including commercial vendors be added on to our insurance policy, so the $100 insurance fee $35 per additional locataion is required and not negotiable.

If you camped in 2017, camping will be included in your 2018 invoice.
