Now that you’re registered for the Fair, we need some paperwork. It’s the same set of forms you would usually fill out on tag day, but we’re collecting them electronically this year. You can download the forms below. Fill them in electronically and save them to your Showorks account under your market entry. These forms including any Out of State paperwork must be submitted by May 24 or you will not receive tags.

Curbside tag pick-up will be from 10 AM - 6 PM on the following days at the Fair office in Pasco, 812 W. Washington St.
Tentative dates (subject to change):
Swine: Tuesday, June 2 & Wednesday, June 3.
Sheep/Goats: Thursday, June 4 & Friday, June 5.
You will remain in your vehicle. We will have signage and staff on hand to direct you to the correct que. Staff and volunteers will have appropriate PPE and the exchange will be contactless. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as this is a new process for all of us.
Photos of tagged animals must be uploaded to your same market entry in your Showorks account by June 16. You will use the same uploading process as you did with your Tag Day forms.
Keep your animal Health Record forms, they will be due and need to be turned on animal load-in day. If proceedures change you will be notified.
