The Benton Franklin Fair is excited for this year's event! We want to thank our volunteers for helping make us the number one attraction in the Tri-Cities area. Without their hard work and dedication we would not be able to put on a successful event. We truly are the Best Week of the Summer!

  • Sound Equipment Request (email)

July 11, 2020

  • Ribbon & Trophy Pick-up

August 15, 2020

  • Superintendent Meeting at Fairgrounds (Judging sheets, Badges & Passes)

MUST be submitted before the last day of Fair!

  • Judge Result Forms (Provided just before Fair)
  • Judge Voucher Form (Provided just before Fair)
  • Additional Ribbons and Judging Sheets
We've had some difficulties with forms not being turned in on time. Please understand that planning for the fair is very difficult and if these forms are not in by their due dates we will not be responsible for adding any late supplies, ribbons or passes.

We greatly appreciate those who meet the deadlines and will try to accommodate any additional requests made after all of your paperwork is turned in on time.
