1. The Fair does not guarantee water or
electrical hook-ups. Spaces are limited to availability. Receipt of money does
not guarantee space.
If
electrical is available, a 50Ft 30Amp RV cord may be required to access
power.
2. Reservation forms, along with the
camping fee, must be sent to the Fair Office
by 7/01/2024. If received after 7/01/2024,
there will be a $100 late fee
. No telephone reservations will
be taken. No refunds will be given after 8/1/2024. Incomplete forms will not be
considered a reservation.
3. Camping spaces are first reserved for
exhibitors and their immediate family members. Priority will be given to large
livestock exhibitors.
4. Application does not automatically guarantee space.
5. Curfew for all people staying on the
grounds is midnight. Violators will be subject to expulsion from the grounds
and forfeiture of premiums.
6. Maximum 30-amp draw, 50-foot cord with
no extension cords. No air conditioners running on fairgrounds.
Small generators will be allowed at the Fair
Board’s discretion
. The
Fair assumes no responsibility for damage caused by electrical issues.
7. Camping permits with name of owner
must be displayed for easy identification.
8. No dogs allowed on the grounds at any time. Failure
to remove your dog could result in loss of camping space.
9.
The use of unauthorized motorized carts (golf carts, ATV, side by side,
4-wheeler, motorcycle, etc.) are prohibited on the Benton County Fairgrounds
during the Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo. Only those authorized by the
Benton Franklin Fair Board will be allowed to operate on the Fairground’s
property.
10. Lanes of 10 feet between rows of
campers and trailers must remain open at all times for emergency access and
fire protection.
11. RV Vehicles must be of a type of
design approved by the Fair Board. If in question, contact the Fair Office.
12. Small tents will be allowed if they
can fit within your allotted space. Otherwise, two spaces must be reserved.
13. All campers will stop in the main
parking lot and check-in with the Camping Director.
14. The Fair assumes no responsibility for damage or injuries to
campers or property.
15. Any camper/trailer without qualified
adult supervision will be excluded from the grounds.
16. List names of campers on registration
form.
17. Absolutely no vehicles will be
allowed on the grounds at any time during the Fair. This includes the horse
area. Vehicles found will be towed at the owner’s expense.
18. Your space assignment will be
available upon your arrival at the fairgrounds.
Campers must enter through the main parking
lot between 1 and 4 p.m. Sat, 8/17. No cars are permitted at campers after 6
p.m. Sun, 8/18. Camping entrance will be located at the horse gate entrance.
19. Sewer pumping service will be
available for $20 for per pump. Please indicate if you would like this service
on your registration form and include fee(s) with camping payment.
You may pick up your sewer pump passes at the
Fair Office.
20. Parent passes, exhibitor passes, and numbers will be available at
the fair office.
21. There are no campfires allowed at the
fairgrounds. This includes portable propane rings.
22. Campers are to be off the grounds
by 08/25/2024.
